Setting up integrated care in your area?

The Commission on Palliative and End-of-Life Care May 2025 recommends that local systems should provide robust information for informal carers and rapid access to trusted advice for health professionals.

The King's Fund report: Dying well at home: commissioning quality end-of-life care recommends that local systems should be supported to find useful and practicable ways to engage at 'place level'.

Through the 10 Year Health Plan, the government will focus on 3 strategic shifts; moving care from hospital to community, sickness to prevention, analogue to digital.

HPAL supports Integrated Care Systems to implement all of these policy ambitions.

HPAL enables clinicians and the public to quickly search for the best and most recent national and local information relating to palliative care, and to trust the sources chosen.

The HPAL platform can be customised to any ICS.

  • Logos and colours can be changed
  • Our 'boroughs' can be changed to your 'place' names
  • Local service directories can be uploaded
  • We provide an end to end system including set up, service directory maintenance and provision of new content and newsletters

Please see HPAL customised to North West London ICS.

Please contact us if you are interested in commissioning HPAL in your area.
